Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near transport and attractions. Some reviewers found the rooms clean and comfortable, and a few highlighted friendly staff and good value. However, many guests were disappointed by poor service, unprofessional or rude staff, and issues with cleanliness in rooms and linens. Several reviews mentioned that the breakfast and restaurant experience did not meet expectations, and some facilities were outdated or in need of renovation. Overall, while the location is a strong point, service and cleanliness require significant improvement.
