Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient and attractive location, often highlighting its proximity to nature, the city, and major roads. Many also find the property to offer good value for the price, especially for families and those traveling with pets. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning dirty or poorly maintained rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen areas. Service is another area of concern, as some guests report difficulties with check-in, lack of staff presence, and slow responses. Room size and layout receive mixed feedback, with some appreciating the spaciousness and others noting discomfort or poor maintenance. Overall, while the location and price are strong positives, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
