Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, especially for its proximity to nature, hiking trails, and quiet surroundings. However, there were repeated complaints about uncomfortable beds, lack of daily cleaning, and cleanliness issues such as dust and insects. Service was often described as impersonal or lacking, with several guests noting the absence of staff, confusing check-in procedures, and limited amenities. While some found the rooms spacious and the atmosphere pleasant, the negatives regarding comfort, cleanliness, and service were significant.
