Overview

Experience the charm of old Fort Kochi at The Old Courtyard Hotel, an intimate historical hotel set in a beautifully restored 200-year-old courtyard home. The house once served as the town residence of Lily Koder, a prominent trader and socialite of Fort Kochi. Built in 1875, it is now a bed and breakfast hotel, allowing guests to order food from outside. With just ten individually styled rooms, the hotel retains its historic character with high ceilings, antique furnishings, and traditional architectural details, while offering modern comforts such as air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy freshly prepared breakfasts, relax by the small plunge pool in the courtyard, and explore Fort Kochi’s historic landmarks, cafés, galleries, and the famous Chinese fishing nets all within easy walking distance. A warm and welcoming heritage retreat in the heart of Fort Kochi.
