Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's excellent location in the heart of Arima, delicious and plentiful breakfast, friendly and attentive service, and the authentic, charming atmosphere of the traditional ryokan. Many appreciated the unique onsen experience and comfortable rooms, though some noted that the facilities were old or had minor inconveniences such as thin futons, slippery stairs, or lack of in-room amenities. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for those seeking a classic Japanese inn experience.
