Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent value for price and convenient location near restaurants, shops, and public transport. Many found the rooms clean and appreciated amenities like large TVs and in-room microwaves. However, several reviews mention issues with bathroom facilities, such as poor drainage, broken fixtures, and water leaks. While some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, others noted occasional communication difficulties. Overall, the hotel is seen as a budget-friendly choice with a few maintenance drawbacks.
