Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near highways, downtown, and local attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, stained bedding, and unpleasant odors. Service was frequently described as rude or unprofessional, with several guests experiencing problems with deposits, staff attitude, and room changes. Value for price was questioned due to extra fees and poor conditions. Breakfast quality was also criticized by multiple guests. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities.
