Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its outstanding service, with staff described as friendly, professional, and attentive. The location was highly appreciated for its convenience to activities like skiing and hiking, as well as its beautiful surroundings. The food, especially the full board and variety at meals, received many positive remarks for quality and taste. Some guests noted the hotel is a bit dated in style, and there were occasional complaints about room features or amenities, but overall, the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives.
