Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's breathtaking location, spectacular views, and unique mountain setting. The staff received consistent compliments for their friendliness, attentiveness, and welcoming attitude. Many reviews highlighted the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the high quality of the food, particularly at dinner. While the atmosphere and amenities such as the sauna and lounge were appreciated, several guests mentioned the challenging and time-consuming access via the chairlift, as well as limited breakfast and dinner variety. Some minor issues with housekeeping and room temperature were noted, but overall, guests were delighted by the exceptional service and memorable experience.
