Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near attractions and Old Town, with many appreciating the 24-hour pool access. Some guests found the rooms and communal areas clean and comfortable, while others reported issues with cleanliness, musty odors, and maintenance problems such as malfunctioning doors, air conditioning, and plumbing. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying the variety and others wishing for more options. Service was generally friendly and efficient, though a few guests experienced unresponsive management or unexpected charges like paid parking. Overall, the location and pool were standout positives, but cleanliness and maintenance could be improved.

This review is all about kayak and not the hotel itself. Be very careful about making reservations with KAYAK.COM Dates of actual reservations are misleading. If you reserve the wrong date, too bad! NO REFUNDS! Infact, no refund for any reason. They got me for a room reservation that I could not use. Again, too bad! They got my money and ran. In short, I'll never use KAYAK again for anything.

Samuel, Apr 2018
Pros (+) The location provided good access to Disney, Universal and downtown Orlando because of its close proximity to I4. The property appeared to be recently remodeled. I didn't use it, but the exercise room was well equipped. The room was very nice with a king size bed and sofa bed and a nice hot shower. The temperature controls worked very well and provided a very comfortable temperature. I had an exce...
Cons (-) Unfortunately, our room smelled like cigarettes, but at least it was faint. The wifi performance was poor. Signal wise it was fine, but the throughput was not very good. I was barely able to play a Netflix stream. The TV lineup was fine, but HBO didn't work. Perhaps it was just my room, but I was unable to view any content via HDMI which was very frustrating since I didn't want to watch TV all the...
