Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to attractions, restaurants, and practical for their needs. However, cleanliness was a significant concern, as several reviews mentioned dirty rooms, unpleasant smells, and even sightings of insects. Breakfast offerings were generally considered basic or disappointing by most guests. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests noting helpful or friendly staff, while others reported issues with deposits, refunds, or room changes. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and breakfast quality.

Pros (+) not good at all. there are cockroaches, the terrible smell, the dirty surroundings I do not recommend
Cons (-) Cleaning as it is fatal. it's nothing like what you see on the internet is a total scam.

Good
Dallas, Feb 2019
Pros (+) Renovated rooms, but our had unfinished trim and paint missing. no soap or shower dish, so all personal items used were had to be on the shower floor. No luggage rack nor closet in this particular room. Very Friendly service staff.
Cons (-) Fair value, but an eye for detail would have made it an great value.
