Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Cleanliness was frequently mentioned positively, with several guests highlighting the efforts of the cleaning staff and the overall tidiness of the rooms. However, some guests were dissatisfied with aspects such as the comfort of the beds, room size, and the lack of on-site staff, which led to difficulties in resolving issues. The service was generally neutral, with self-check-in and remote communication being common. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out, there were mixed feelings about comfort and service.
