Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praise the spacious rooms, good breakfast options, and the amenities, including the onsen and other facilities. Many reviews highlight the friendliness of some staff and the enjoyable dining experiences. However, there are repeated complaints about cleanliness, outdated facilities, and inconsistent service, with some negative experiences at the front desk and issues with room maintenance. Overall, while the hotel offers value in space and amenities, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
