Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, spacious rooms, and easy check-in process. However, many reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, as well as inconsistent housekeeping. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others were unfriendly or untrained. The pool was a common point of complaint due to closures, overcrowding, and cleanliness concerns. Overall, the hotel provides good value and amenities, but improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.

Too brief. It was a stopover, but we wish we could have stayed much longer. We will remember this place to be sure.

Easy to get to by public transportation, and lots of free parking for my friends. Check in was easy, casino, pool and food court employees are were all kind. Literally my only complaint is that the pool seemed to only be accessible from walking through the casino, which is a little awkward when you're wet from swimming. Amazing find and I hope to stay there again!

They first gave us the wrong room. After denying our reservation information, they sent us to the wrong tower from where our new room was. New room had mold around the air conditioner (floor and wall) and they just thanked us for telling them after reporting it.

Location was as expected. Under staffed, long lines, pool was crowded, filthy and many people smoking. Had a band outside that played late and loud. Had to wear earplugs and turn up the TV to get to sleep.
