Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests highlighted the hotel’s friendly and helpful staff, convenient location close to the city center, and comfortable beds as key positives. Several reviews praised the unique atmosphere and interior design, noting a sense of coziness and authenticity. However, many guests reported issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, poor soundproofing, and maintenance problems such as non-functioning TVs, lack of hot water, and worn-out furniture. While some rooms were described as clean and well-prepared, others mentioned dust, unpleasant odors, and neglected common areas. Despite the drawbacks, the positive attitude of the staff and the hotel’s charm left a good impression on many visitors.
