Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and tasty breakfasts. The location is considered convenient, especially for those seeking a getaway near the city. However, there are recurring complaints about the spa and pool facilities, such as broken or non-functioning jacuzzis and pools, as well as occasional noise issues. Some guests mention that the rooms and furniture could use renovation, but overall, the positive aspects of cleanliness, service, and breakfast stand out.
