Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. Many reviews highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several guests noting positive experiences with reception and service. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback: while some guests find the rooms clean and comfortable, others mention issues with dust, odors, or the need for cosmetic repairs. The hotel is considered a good value for the price, especially given its location, though some amenities like the elevator and air conditioning are reported as unreliable or non-functional. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and service, but could benefit from improvements in maintenance and cleanliness.
