Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and good value, with many appreciating its proximity to attractions and amenities. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, old furniture, and poor housekeeping. Noise levels are also frequently criticized, as guests report disturbances from renovations, thin walls, and outside activity. Service receives mixed feedback; while some staff are described as friendly and helpful, others are noted as inattentive or unwelcoming. Overall, the hotel's strengths are its location and price, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and noise control.
