Guests consistently praised the hotel for its spacious and clean rooms, convenient location, and enjoyable restaurant. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, though some mentioned issues with service consistency and communication. The atmosphere and amenities, such as the pool and spa, were also highlighted positively. However, a few guests noted problems with room maintenance, uncomfortable pillows, and occasional delays during check-in or with housekeeping. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, with many guests recommending the hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
