Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many praised the convenient and peaceful location, spacious rooms, and well-maintained gardens. Several reviews highlighted friendly and helpful staff, and some enjoyed the amenities such as the pool and gym. However, there were recurring complaints about cleanliness, inconsistent service, and issues with breakfast quality. Some guests felt the property did not meet five-star standards, citing old facilities, slow restaurant service, and lack of hospitality warmth. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and a pleasant environment, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
