Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, clean rooms, and spacious accommodations. Many found the staff friendly and the pool enjoyable for families. However, several reviews noted that the property is outdated, with maintenance issues and worn facilities. The most consistent complaints were about the discontinued breakfast, malfunctioning key cards, and some cleanliness concerns in common areas. Despite these drawbacks, the value for price and comfort of the rooms were highlighted as positives.

It’s a dump , the room was clean but the building itself smells like smoke and it’s just really rundown.

Pros (+) The room was gross. The guy that picked up the pile of goo left behind the door was nice enough to wear gloves when he picked it up.
Cons (-) Maybe clean up the place well enough to where I felt comfortable enough to not need gloves just being there.

Pros (+) The location was good
Cons (-) Maybe the staff was overworked because of the pace summer brings. No one at the front desk ever said hi, how are you, how was your stay. Barely even made eye contact. It was weird...

Cons (-) I was kept up all night due to the heat appliance in the room clicking continuously. I tried to fix it myself but with no luck.

Pros (+) They switched us to a suite that was very nice and the AC worked fine.
Cons (-) In the first room that we were put in the AC didn't work. We had the AC on but the temperature went up to 78 degrees.
