Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, beautiful views, and friendly staff. Many appreciated the proximity to major roads and food outlets, making it an ideal stop for travelers. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and outdated furnishings. Some felt the hotel was not good value for money due to high prices and tired facilities. Overall, while the location and service were highlights, improvements are needed in cleanliness and room quality.
