Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the airport and local attractions, as well as the convenience of the airport shuttle. Some reviewers highlighted the helpfulness of certain staff members, especially in arranging transportation and providing recommendations. However, experiences with service varied, with several guests reporting unfriendly or unhelpful staff. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some rooms described as clean and others noting issues like dust or unclean bathrooms. Amenities such as the shuttle, breakfast, and in-room facilities did not always meet expectations, and the lack of an elevator was a common inconvenience. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and airport access, but service and amenities could be improved.

Pros (+) Had a great first night in Iceland at this hotel. Nice staff, great room and an amazing view. Can't beat the value for the price. Simple amenities, but didn't need them anyways.
