Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, central and convenient location near Thamel, and high standards of cleanliness and comfort in the rooms. Many reviews highlighted the excellent value for money, with several guests feeling they received four-star service at a budget price. Breakfast was generally appreciated, though a few noted limited choices. Some negative feedback included issues with advertised amenities not matching reality, occasional maintenance problems, and lack of elevator access. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, with many guests highly recommending the hotel and expressing a desire to return.
