Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel staff for being friendly, helpful, and attentive, and appreciate the convenient location near Thamel and other amenities. Many guests also mention that the beds are comfortable and the hotel offers good value for the price. However, numerous reviews highlight serious cleanliness issues in both rooms and bathrooms, with some describing them as dirty or poorly maintained. Bathrooms, in particular, receive frequent criticism for lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, while service and location are strong positives, cleanliness and bathroom conditions are significant concerns.
