The service and friendliness of the staff were highlighted as standout features, with many guests feeling welcomed and well cared for. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with several reviews noting its quality and variety. However, many guests found the rooms and especially the bathrooms to be quite small and in need of renovation, with some also mentioning cleanliness issues and outdated facilities.
