Summary of reviews

Guests say

Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's beautiful location, clean rooms, and enjoyable breakfast options. Many found the property ideal for relaxing with family or friends and highlighted the lush green surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. However, service quality was a consistent concern, with several reviews mentioning unhelpful or rude staff, delays in basic requests, and inconsistent hospitality. While the food and amenities were generally liked, some guests felt the prices were too high for the value received, and a few experienced issues with food hygiene or pet policies. Improvements in service and staff attitude are needed to match the otherwise positive aspects of the hotel.
