Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, highlighting its proximity to the beach and main attractions, as well as the availability of sea views from some rooms. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, with several guests noting issues such as dirty laundry and lack of cleaning staff. Service is also a common concern, with reports of unhelpful or non-communicative staff, problems with amenities like Wi-Fi, and delayed or missing room service. Additionally, guests frequently mention that the hotel does not offer good value for the price, citing high charges for basic items and a lack of amenities relative to the cost. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, improvements in cleanliness, service, and value for money are needed.
