Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, but the overall experience was marred by significant cleanliness and service issues. Many reviewers reported dirty rooms, unresponsive or rude staff, and unresolved maintenance problems. Several guests mentioned uncomfortable beds, poor breakfast options, and issues with amenities like WiFi, air conditioning, and the pool. While a few guests found the beds comfortable and the location suitable for their needs, the overwhelming sentiment was negative due to poor upkeep and lack of proper service.
