Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise Helga's Folly for its unique, artistic, and unforgettable atmosphere, describing it as quirky, creative, and unlike any other hotel. The service and staff are frequently highlighted as friendly, helpful, and welcoming, with special mentions of the owner, Madam Helga. However, many guests express disappointment with the cleanliness, noting dusty rooms, musty smells, and maintenance issues. Value for price is often questioned, with several reviewers finding the hotel overpriced for the comfort and facilities provided. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it lacking. Overall, the experience is memorable and recommended for those seeking something out of the ordinary, but not for travelers prioritizing comfort or modern amenities.
