Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the river and attractions, as well as the beautiful pools and spacious rooms. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful service from staff. However, several reviews noted that the property and rooms are somewhat dated and could benefit from refurbishment and improved cleanliness, especially in bathrooms and pool areas. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying the variety and others finding it lacking in freshness or quality. Overall, the resort's tranquil atmosphere, gardens, and amenities were highlights, but maintenance and modernization are needed to enhance the guest experience.
