Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the ropeway and cable car, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. The traditional Japanese design and clean rooms are frequently highlighted, along with the relaxing onsen and thoughtful touches like welcome drinks and evening refreshments. However, several guests were disappointed by the lack of available breakfast or dinner for all guests, and some found the rooms and bathrooms to be small or cramped. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience is positive, especially for those seeking a traditional and cozy stay.
