Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor cleanliness, lack of basic amenities such as microwaves, fridges, and toiletries, and issues with staff service. Many found the beds uncomfortable and rooms not as described or poorly maintained. Security and safety concerns were also raised. Only a few positive remarks were made about location or recent renovations, but these were outweighed by the negatives.
