Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's strategic and convenient location near malls, restaurants, and public transport, as well as its good value for the price, especially for a budget hotel. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as unclean bathrooms and lack of daily housekeeping, and many guests reported poor service, including unfriendly staff, slow problem resolution, and booking mishaps. Overall, the hotel is suitable for short stays and offers basic amenities, but improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
