Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently compliment the helpfulness and promptness of the staff, with several reviewers singling out individuals for their exceptional service. However, there are consistent complaints about poor cleanliness, small and congested rooms, and a lack of amenities such as lifts, room service, and restaurant facilities. Some guests also mention the hotel being difficult to access due to its location. While a few found the rooms spacious and the service good, the overall sentiment leans negative due to issues with value for money, maintenance, and basic comforts.
