Guests say
Reviews are mixed, with many guests highlighting the hotel's good value for price and convenient location. Some guests appreciated the clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff, especially for a budget hotel. However, several reviews mention significant issues with cleanliness, poor customer service, unpleasant smells, and maintenance problems in rooms and bathrooms. Noise and safety concerns were also raised by a few guests. Overall, while the hotel offers affordability and some positive experiences, there are notable areas needing improvement, especially in cleanliness and service.
