Guests say
Guest opinions on this hotel are mixed. Many reviewers highlight friendly and helpful staff, and some found the hotel comfortable and suitable for short overnight stays. However, several guests report cleanliness issues, including unpleasant odors, bedbugs, and unclean bedding. The location is described as quiet but not very strategic, requiring transport to access attractions. Some guests mention problems with room amenities such as non-functioning TVs and air conditioning, and there are complaints about accessibility, especially the lack of working elevators. Overall, while the staff and basic comfort are appreciated, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and facilities.
