Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's strategic location, with easy access to shops, food stalls, and parking. However, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, smelly bathrooms, and unwashed bedding. Service was also criticized, with complaints about unhelpful staff, slow check-in, and lack of management presence. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable, and Wi-Fi connectivity was poor. While a few reviews mentioned reasonable prices and satisfactory stays, the negatives outweighed the positives for most guests.
