Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and attractive decor, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoyable to stay in. However, many reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing untrained or unhelpful staff and poor room service. Cleanliness was also a concern, with several mentions of dirty linens, broken amenities, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Breakfast offerings were frequently criticized for being limited, ill-timed, or poorly managed. Overall, while the location and decor were highlights, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and breakfast quality.
