Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and found it convenient for their needs. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, poor service from staff, and maintenance issues in rooms, including problems with water flow, old facilities, and uncomfortable beds. The swimming pool was often reported as unusable or closed. While some guests enjoyed the food and found the staff friendly, many felt the hotel did not meet expectations, especially compared to other properties in the same price range.
