Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently complain about poor cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, stained linens, unpleasant odors, and pest problems like cockroaches. While the location is often praised for being strategic and convenient, and some guests appreciate the value for money and spacious rooms, the overall experience is marred by inadequate housekeeping and maintenance. Service is mixed, with some staff described as helpful and friendly, but issues with preparedness and responsiveness are also reported. Improvements in cleanliness and facility management are strongly needed.
