Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's strategic location in central Jakarta, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. However, many reviews express disappointment with the cleanliness, service, and especially the amenities, noting issues such as lack of hot water, poorly functioning air conditioning, and outdated or insufficient facilities. Some guests also mention problems with room cleanliness and maintenance, as well as unhelpful staff. While a few reviews mention that the rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly, the overall sentiment leans negative due to recurring problems with cleanliness, amenities, and service.
