Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for shopping and exploring Jakarta. The staff are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which many guests appreciated. However, several reviews mention significant noise issues due to the hotel's proximity to a busy road, with some guests unable to sleep well even with provided earplugs. Cleanliness is another concern, with reports of musty bedding, stained linens, and unpleasant odors in some rooms. The breakfast selection is considered limited and the breakfast area can be crowded. Despite these issues, the positive attitude of the staff and the strategic location remain the hotel's strongest points.
