Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's peaceful and convenient location, highlighting its beautiful gardens and relaxing atmosphere as standout features. The staff and owner received high marks for their warm hospitality, helpfulness, and attention to guest needs, making many feel at home. Cleanliness and maintenance of the property were also appreciated, as was the overall value for price. Some minor criticisms included hidden fees, pool cleanliness, and occasional issues with room size or tea quality, but these did not overshadow the overwhelmingly positive experiences reported by guests.
