Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews are overwhelmingly negative, with repeated complaints about poor service, unclean rooms and bathrooms, and serious safety concerns including staff behavior and unsafe facilities. Many guests also mention being charged extra or not receiving what they paid for, leading to a strong sense of poor value for money. Only a few reviews mention positive experiences, but these are far outweighed by the negative feedback.
