Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praise the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient access to local attractions and amenities. However, many reviews highlight issues with cleanliness, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, poor maintenance, and bed bugs. Value for money is also a concern, as some guests felt overcharged or found the prices high compared to the quality provided. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others experiencing problems with included meals. Overall, while the location and service are strong points, improvements are needed in cleanliness and value.
