Guests frequently praise the hotel's location, finding it convenient for city access and sightseeing. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, describing staff as slow, unhelpful, or even rude. Cleanliness is another major concern, with several guests reporting unclean rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Opinions on value for price are mixed, with some guests feeling the hotel is budget-friendly while others cite unexpected charges and poor amenities.
