Pros (+) Breakfast was great every morning, and the rooms with a view of the pool are a nice view as you see the mountains in the back. Franklin coordinated all of our activities perfectly, and professionally. The place is extremely clean from our experience. We also loved having a washer and dryer in the room.
Cons (-) A little too hot in the hallways, and our friends' penthouse 3/3 had nearly no water pressure and the bath tub was unusable the whole time we were here. A lot of things had to be fixed in their unit throughout the stay. We had none of these issues in our 1 bedroom kitchen suite.

Pros (+) You can literally spend your days here just lounging by the pool, eating pizzas and drinking mojitos. The pool can get fairly busy so stake out a spot early if you want it all day. Alternatively, there are a lot of activities (paragliding, zip lining, atv tours, canyoning, walking/boating tours) within a very short distance and a lot of the companies offer free pick up from Oceano. The rooms were ...
Cons (-) It's really a minimal complaint and doubtful too many people would care but the gym could have used an adjustable bench to increase the range of dumbbell exercise you can do. That's such a trivial thing I debated even putting it in here.
