Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to workplaces, restaurants, and local attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant concerns about cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, leftover items, and maintenance issues such as broken air conditioning and water leaks. Service was often described as unfriendly or unhelpful, particularly at the front desk. Amenities like the pool, restaurant, and breakfast were often unavailable or not well maintained, and several guests mentioned problems with the air conditioning in common areas. While some guests enjoyed comfortable beds and quiet rooms, overall satisfaction was mixed due to the recurring negative themes.

Pros (+) Didn't
Cons (-) Jacuzzi didn't work, tub didn't hold water. Room never cleaned the whole time we stayed. When we arrived the A/c filter was caked up with dust and dirt and they didn't offer us to another room. They're maintenance guy wouldn't be in until next day so we had to sleep in that room with dirty air filter. The a/c struggled and the room was musty. After the filter was cleaned the a/c worked better. Loc...

Cons (-) The rooms where okay- the breakfast was awful. It was either hot or cold choices- and hardly enough to fill up a six year old. All the room service did was give us new towels.
