Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of their stays. However, there were significant complaints about the elevators, with many mentioning frequent breakdowns and long wait times. Several reviews noted that the rooms and hotel facilities were outdated and in need of renovation. The pool was also criticized for poor maintenance and safety concerns. Some guests were dissatisfied with the service, citing issues with hospitality and responsiveness. Overall, while cleanliness and comfort were highlights, the hotel's aging infrastructure and amenities detracted from the experience.

1 working elevator was completely unacceptable. Took over 20mins to get from 3rd floor to the 1st at 6:30am....the wait at lunch/dinner times was abhorrent. The staff was completely unconcerned with the situation. When 3 of your 4 elevators are inoperable there should be a repair team on site but nothing done during my time there. This is not a new situation as the last time I stayed at this hotel...

Pros (+) Electronic Check In. I can choose my room, and use the app on my phone as a key to get in the room. I never have to see the check in counter. Good location.
Cons (-) Old rooms. I've stayed here a bunch (I'm a Hilton person), and in general, I find housekeeping sloppy. This time, they forgot to put all the sheets on the bed, exposing the comforter (and you don't want to see what they look like with no sheets).

Pros (+) Lovely, helpful staff. We were only there for a night, but the location seemed safe. Close to plenty of fast food options and a Starbucks just down the highway. Very pleased to find a pet-friendly Hilton.
Cons (-) The entire state seems to be extremely humid in the summer, so everything in the hotel felt damp, even with the A/C at full blast. Nothing that the hotel could do about it, though, as the A/C otherwise worked very well, keeping us cool (if not dry) through the night.
